THE COMPANY HAS DEVELOPED RECIRCULATION AQUACULTURE SYSTEMS PROJECTS FOR BOTH FRESH WATER AND SEA WATER
Cube 2 Pte Ltd, established in 2009, specialises in aquaculture engineering and is a systems integrator of modern land-based bio-secured fish cultivation and production. In spite of the company’s brief 15 years history, some of its core team members have already been involved in aquaculture for almost 30 years from farming to construction.
Our services include Business Advisory and Consultancy, Engineering Design, Equipment Selection, Fabrication and Installation, Remote Management Control Systems (with IOT enabled instruments). Our expertise lies not only in farming infrastructure construction, but also in aquaculture water treatment technology, including our patented Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS). More than ten sizeable aquaculture farms have been delivered by us in Southeast Asia (Brunei, Japan, China & Singapore), of which many have been recognised and supported by the local government.
Some of our achievements include RAS for freshwater quarantine of ornamental fishes and marine food, greenhouse constructions with disinfection chambers for ornamental plants, automatic water treatment systems for pet aquarium shops and high-intensity bio-secured ponds, ranging from 200 m² to 10,000 m².
Among our latest projects, which attracted local government and media attention, is a multi-tier farming facility in Singapore, the country’s first vertical RAS farming design. Eight stories are dedicated to fish and shrimp farming, with a state-of-the-art laboratory, feeding systems, water treatment systems, and quarantine systems.
Our trustworthy reputation in the region, primarily attributed to the quality of many handed over projects, the strengths of customized solutions to requirements, and the aggressiveness in R&D, has earned the company a leading position in aquaculture farming in the region.
With global heightened emphasis on Food Sustainability, Eco & Environmental Friendliness, Cube 2 will be expanding to meet ongoing demand without compromising on quality or service rendered. Opportunities for RAS Projects in East and Southeast Asia are expected to increase.
