Job descriptions
  • Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures
  • Responsible to search and source for potential suppliers / vendors, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and overseas suppliers / vendors
  • Compare and evaluate the quotation from suppliers / vendors and negotiate the contract terms of agreement and pricing with them to optimize product quality, costs and secure on-time delivery performance
  • Managing inventories and maintaining records of purchased products, pricing, delivery information and invoices
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel on stock levels and place orders as needed

Job Descriptions
  • Prepare space planning, engineering drawings from preliminary concepts and sketches according to information provided by Client for tendering.
  • Generate project plot plan and all layout plans for piping & equipment, tank, structure, etc.
  • Work closely with engineers to translate information/sketches into detailed engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Liaise with respective 3rd party consultant for Authorities (URA/BCA) submission & approval.
  • Able to translate drawings to BOM (Bill of Materials) for project costing / budgeting and for procurement of materials.
  • To check and ensure all the engineering design & fabrication drawings are in accordance with approved project specification and Customer’s requirement prior IFC issue.
  • Conduct site checks and take appropriate corrective action as needed.
  • To perform other design related work assigned by HOD as needed.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in Autocad / Solid edge 3D software / Solid Work.
  • Meticulous, Innovative, creative and able to visual in 3 Dimensions.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Able to meet deadlines of concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and possess positive attitude to learn.
  • Must have good knowledge of mathematical calculations.

  • Responsible in supporting all Mechanical & Electrical engineering works for all projects
  • Responsible in preparation, application and compliance to all regulatory requirements and quality standards
  • Plan, monitor and achieve project budgets & costs management
  • Plan, monitor and achieve project development schedules & progress
  • Develop all equipment datasheets, material/equipment selection, and technical specifications to be included in the technical requisition.
  • Develop all mechanical & electrical detailed drawings with specifications during project execution.
  • Regular on-site supervision, to ensure execution, troubleshoot, rectification & improvisation.
  • Hands-on when necessary (e.g. leading by example; to meet timeline)
  • Hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance of existing systems
  • Perform Testing & Commissioning works
  • Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers for parts, fabrications, and assemblies.
  • Liaise with external consultant teams, architects, and contractors on technical matters
  • Good client management when applicable
  • Brainstorm, discuss and propose improvement on design standards constantly
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as and when required
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in the field of Mechanical / Electrical engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mechanical / electrical engineering
  • Understanding of local legislation/ requirements especially the compliance with PUB’s and EMA’s requirements, etc.
  • Experience in mechanical and piping works is required.
  • Able to draw and comprehend mechanical / electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Knowledge of control panel circuit, PLC, electrical components will be an advantage
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Keen learning of new technologies
  • Creative in obtaining objective goal
  • Good attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills are expected
  • Possess Class 3 Driving license
